I can’t scan the QR code on my Ankermade. What can I do?
Is scanning done using camera in your phone? This often takes enabling, in camera settings. Doing this likely differs by phone, but is a start. Hope this helps.
Look for QR app for your type of phone. Android doesn’t automatically have QR ability. Many Apple models have it active all the time.
I have seen those QR codes that will not scan or return nothing but junk.
Try posting a picture of the QR code here. Maybe we can decipher the encoded URL and post it here.
