I want to get Octoprint setup with my Artist-D Pro but have not gotten it to work properly. I can receive the information from the printer but have been unable to send prints to the printer. Any suggestions?
What does the output in the Terminal tab look like?

EDIT: Can you copy and post the information in the Terminal tab so we can see the connection information and what the printer isn’t responding to?
When you say you can “receive the information from the printer” do you mean the information in the terminal window is legible, not gobbledy-gook? If so, that would rule out the possibility that you have the wrong BAUD rate.
