I had Dr Vax’s but it mysteriously left my cura profiles, I may be the culprit. Now I can’t find it again.
Can you not simply download DrVAX’s Cura profile again? Also, once you have the gcode, I recommend saving it to a separate text file so you can always recover it if needed.

What version Cura are you running? One of the older versions had a bug where profiles and materials were linked. Change the material and the profiles would disappear.
Regardless, your profile is still probably on your computer. Look around in the configuration folder (Help > Show Configuration folder).
