I haven’t watched that video, but I would think the build area would only smaller for duplication prints. For doing 2-colo(u)r prints, the print area should the same, or very nearly so.
I’m just wondering if I couldn’t use some of the crap I have laying around and improvise. I do need a 32 bit board and the right version of marlin. I certainly won’t rush into it till my brain starts working again.
Personally I think there is going to be a big run on IDEX printers and soon no one will want a single head. There is so much more possibility with IDEX.
