When I attempted to change the nozzle in my ender 3 S1 Pro, The nozzle striped out the threads in the hot end. I have submitted an issue with Creality, we will see what they do. The question is, is there a better hot end/sprite I could use?
I can buy the complete sprite for $85, I can’t find the hot end kit.
I’m not sure why it happened, I really wasn’t twisting that hard, I have done it several times, maybe just cheap or I was twisting too hard and didn’t know it.
You might try contacting Creality directly to see if they can sell you such a part. Worth a try anyway.
If the hotend is heated to a temperature above the melting point of the filament currently in use, there should be little chance of thread stripping. Unless you have fitted a cheap, third party nozzle, I wouldn’t blame Creality
I did contact creality and they told me my printer is out of warenty, they did tell me what part that I needed to purchase. Good enough for me. Thank you for the suggestion.

I reread my post and can’t find where I made the hotend temperature greater than the melting point? I also don’t see where I tried to blame it on them?
All I want to know is what part do I need to purchase and then how do I install it. I purchased the part they told me to buy and I watched the youtube video to replace it. It does turn out that one of the hotend screws has the tool end stripped so I will probably have to purchase the complete sprite.
