Making counter sink holes

I want to print a battery mount I found on thingiverse Black & Decker 20V Battery Hanger by rsgeek - Thingiverse
Can someone help with making counter sunk holes for mounting.

I am really new to CAD design. I did load this into Tinkercad and I can make a hole but I need a counter sunk holes (V shape screw head)

How about this? Don’t know how big or small you wanted the counter sunk holes? I used a cone shape and turned it upside down in tinkercad.
