If your printing interest is to print models with regular resolution and high enough accuracy, the there are two cheap 3d scanners in the market. I use both of them and i can say i’m very satisfied with the results.

Neither of those are horribly priced. $400+ gets a little pricey for something that’s only used very infrequently.
I use both of them frequently for my job. XYZ is half cheaper that SENSE and have double resolution!
Printing busts could be a good business.
