Dry Brush Won't Get Lost Now

In our laundry room we have a long brush that’s used to clean out any stray dryer lint that gets past the lint trap:

The brush is housed in the hollow post of a plastic, stackable shelving unit:

The issue is that the hollow post is over 3 feet tall which, of course, means it would be possible for the brush to accidentally get pushed down so far it would be really difficult to get back out, at least not without emptying and dismantling the shelving. To fix this, I designed and printed a sleeve that can hold the brush and stop it from dropping too low.
